    You must send this letter within 10 days of spotting the problem. If the complaint is about the sportsbook’s Cyber-Live games, including all events on the live betting section, then you must send your complaint within 72 hours after the event ends.     Alternative Ways to File a Complaint Against 20bet

    Another way to resolve your dispute is through other independent bodies. Most sportsbooks will appoint an ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) to help both parties reach an agreement.

    However, 20Bet doesn’t nominate a specific ADR and allows users to choose their preferred independent body.
