A string of Premier League clubs are keeping tabs on highly-rated Leeds young gun Harry Gray, according to sources close to SportsBoom.

The talented 16-year-old forward is tipped for a bright future and comes from a strong dynasty of footballers.

Gray’s older brother Archie, 18, was famously snapped up by Tottenham Hotspur in a high-profile £40million move last summer.

He has since gone to play 20 times for Spurs in the top flight.

The Gray’s are synonymous with Leeds with great uncle Eddie a club legend with 579 appearances for the Elland Road outfit.

Grandad Frank also played for the club, as did the teenagers’ dad Andy.

Now Harry has been making waves having already earnt recognition for England Under-17s.

He made his debut for his country last month in a fine 3-2 friendly away win over the Netherlands in Portugal and, just three days later impressed for the Young Lions in a 4-0 whitewash of the same opposition at the Sports Complex Vila Real de Santo Antonio.

Harry has also impressed for the Whites’ youth teams and is highly-regarded by first team boss Daniel Farke.

The German manager is understood to be keen to give Harry his chance in the first team just like he did with Archie before his Premier League departure.

DAZZLING DISPLAYS

Archie dazzled for the Leeds’ first team aged just 17 and now Harry is looking to follow in his siblings’ footsteps.

Harry featured for Leeds in pre-season but frustratingly picked up a back injury and was forced to spend some time recovering on the sidelines.

But he played well in both of England Under-17s matches and is understandably keen to play regular first team football.

Leeds are flying high at the top of the Championship and closing in on a memorable return to the Premier League.

But SportsBoom understands the club are keen to hold on to Harry and develop him into an even better player.
