Adelaide Individual 2025 Odds, Tips, and Predictions
Signalling the second event of the LIV calendar, the Adelaide Individual is back and it gets underway on February 14. As it is Valentine’s Day, there may be romance in the air, but will it be love at first sight for the field’s debutants?

The Grange Golf Club, a par-72, will provide the setting. This tournament is huge for LIV, with the winner taking home around $4 million. A big week lies in store, and we are incredibly excited at Sportsboom.com.
We have dived into the best golf betting sites, and we have underlined this golf tournament preview with some predictions.
Adelaide Tournament Preview
The forthcoming Adelaide Individual will make for compelling viewing, and Adrian Meronk is in form after landing his first individual title in Riyadh last weekend, edging out Jon Rahm to win by two strokes.
More impressively, it was Meronk’s maiden LIV Tour title, and he was a wire-to-wire winner. At one point, he had to settle for a share of the lead, but he held his nerve when it mattered to get past the finishing post.
However, home hopes will rest with Cameron Smith, who was T14 last season at the same event, and he will be targeting a higher finish this time around. There are a few other Australians in the field looking to make their mark, including Lucas Herbert and Marc Leishman. Last year, Brendan Steele claimed a one-stroke win, seeing off Louis Oosthuizen, but it remains to be seen whether the American will be as formidable this weekend.
The Grange Golf Club is a picturesque track, and it boasts a famous par-3 in the Watering Hole, which erupted last year after Chase Koepka, Brooks Koepka’s brother, produced a stunning ace.
This 54-hole event has no cut, but there is a lucrative prize pot as mentioned. We have drawn your attention to lines from the top golf bookmakers.

Contender News
We may only be two events into the 2025 LIV season, but things are already hotting up. Smith gave a decent account of himself in Adelaide last year, and his performance was underlined by a stunning 65 in the second round on the Saturday. Last weekend, Smith produced a mix of the good, bad, and ugly. But three birdies in the space of four holes on the back nine in Riyadh where he came T25 bodes well.
Rahm, meanwhile, can always light things up. He’s a big man with an equally big game, and there is no obvious area where he appears to be susceptible. The Spaniard, who hasn’t failed to finish outside of the top 10 in the LIV events has contested, was runner-up last weekend in Riyadh. His final round produced seven birdies, and if he gets on a roll, he could be hard to reel in.
There is also the Polish superstar Meronk who has been blazing a trail on the LIV Tour just like he did on the DP World Tour. A maiden LIV title is already in the bag, and he will be looking to silence the partisan crowd who will be rooting for Smith and Co. Last year, over 90,000 fans attended the event, and Meronk will be aiming to go back-to-back. In terms of golf betting strategies, looking at form and credentials is essential, and Meronk is worth taking a closer look at.
Perhaps, it is advised not to overlook Tyrrell Hatton either. Despite his temperamental attitude and being very demanding of himself, the Englishman has blended intensity and aspiration well on the LIV Tour. His first title came in Nashville last year, and after a T14 finish in Adelaide last term, he could well be in the mix this weekend. He switched his clubs recently, going from a PING G430 Max three wood to a PING G440 Max, so he should be able to get extra purchase off the tee.

Adelaide Prediction
This is likely to be a tightly contested affair and the players will be desperate to do well in Adelaide. A win for Cameron Smith would be warmly appreciated, but perhaps his lack of killer instinct is holding him back a bit.
Going back-to-back on any professional circuit is difficult, and that is the task that awaits Adrian Meronk should he choose to go all out. However, we have seen plenty from Jon Rahm to suggest that he can deliver on the biggest stage. He turned in a great display in Adelaide last year, and he has a solid all-round game. This could well be the week that Rahm steps into the winner’s circle again.
